How much do your cakes cost?
Our cakes come in multiple sizes depending on how many people you're looking to feed. Our usual “birthday cake size” is our 8-inch cake that feeds 12-15 people. Depending on the extent of decorations on the cake there could be specialty art fees.
Do you offer cupcakes daily in your case for purchase?
Of course! We offer roughly 12-14 varieties of cupcakes each day. We always have the standard strawberry, vanilla, chocolate, and red velvet.
What is the difference between buttercream and fondant?
Buttercream is a luscious combination of sugar and butter most commonly used by bakeries to frost their cakes. Fondant is an edible sugar dough that is rolled thin and smoothed onto your cake. Buttercream gives you the best taste while fondant gives you the smoothest cleanest look.
What are your most popular flavors?
Our most popular cake is our fresh strawberry hands down! Close runners-up would be chocolate mousse, salted caramel, vanilla Bavarian mousse, and red velvet.
Really?! Everything is made here at the bakery?
Yes, our bakers start at either 4 or 5 am (God help them!) baking fresh every day.
Do you offer any gluten-free cakes?
Yes, we really see a rising need to accommodate for food allergies and sensitivities. Almost all of our cake flavors can be converted into gluten-free. We also offer plenty of vegan and low sugar options as well!
Do you offer wedding consultations?
Yes, We love meeting with couples! You can choose any four cake flavors from our menu. They're categorized by traditional, fun, chocolate lovers, and off the beaten path. If you are part of an all-inclusive venue package then your consultation is free, otherwise, consultations are a non-refundable $30. If you book with us the $30 is considered your deposit and is deducted from your final price. We do offer delivery, the price for that depends on mileage to the reception location and the setup required.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver, especially to Clemson students! Delivery fees depend on mileage to the desired location.
How soon do I need to place an order?
We usually tell customers to order at least 1-2 weeks in advance. Especially during wedding season, because we book up for cakes pretty quick.
